Once upon a time   Phil A. Smouse wanted to be a scientist. But scientists have to do a lot of math. And they don't get wonderful letters and pictures from friends like you! So Phil decided to draw and color instead. He and his wife Annette live in sunny Lancaster, PA. They have two amazing children, one beautiful grand-kiddo, and a big, goofy, yellow dog that they love with all their heart.
